Good remedy for winter blues

The winter therapy bath soak is a very effective, yet gentle, remedy for aches and pains. I recommend it to people who are uncomfortable with taking medication for everything.

Our favourite!

After a long day at work or on a chilly evening or even after having a strenuous work out at the gym, there is nothing like running a hot bath and having a long soak with spoonfuls of the bath soak in. The mixture of oils vaporize with the steam and is one the most fantastic and relaxing experiences. We make sure we never run out of this and always have a jar on hand
